Jon Hill

Jon Hill is a tuba player and composer based in Seattle.  At home in many genres, his performance and recording engagements include the Seattle Symphony and Opera, the Tubaluba brass band, commercial soundtracks including Halo: Reach and The Last Stand, ODESZA, and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis.  He studied  at the University of Washington, The Juilliard School, and Yale University.  His most recent releases are The Rite of Spring with the Seattle Symphony, Champagne Sunday with Tubaluba, and scoring the 2016 feature film As Far as the Eye Can See.

Jim Sisko

Jim Sisko has become one of the most sought after teachers, and performers in the Northwest. The Jim Sisko Quintet has been featured at countless festivals and concert venues, including the Port Townsend Jazz Festival, Bumbershoot, The Art of Jazz Series and Jazz Under the Stars.

Lydia Van Dreel

Lydia Van Dreel joined the University of Oregon as an assistant professor of horn in 2006. Van Dreel performs regularly as a member of QUADRE: The Voice of Four Horns, Oregon Bach Festival Orchestra, The Iris Orchestra (Germantown, TN) the Eugene Symphony Orchestra, and the UO's Faculty Brass Quintet and Oregon Wind Quintet. Before joining the Oregon faculty, Van Dreel held a ten-year tenure as co-principal horn of the Sarasota Orchestra (FL) and was a member of the Colorado Music Festival Orchestra in Boulder, CO.

David Bryan

David Bryan is a trombonist and teacher very active in Portland's musical community for the past three decades.

He is devoted to classical trombone as a member of the orchestras for the Portland Opera and Oregon Ballet Theatre, and he has performed and recorded with the Oregon Symphony. He has also performed with major symphony orchestras in Honolulu and Seattle, and in the summer performs as principal trombonist with the Oregon Coast Music Festival.
