Midsummer Musical Retreat

DEADLINES, WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS

Open Registration: January 1 to February 15
Scholarship Requests due by February 15
Campers will be be notified of Acceptance or Wait-List Status between March 15 and April 1 by postal mail. Acceptance will include preliminary housing assignment.
Scholarship notifications sent April 1 by postal mail
Applications dated after 2/15 will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
All fees due June 1
Final Housing Notification mailed July 1

Refunds: The deposit is non-refundable if applicant withdraws and fully refundable if applicant is not accepted by Midsummer Musical Retreat. Other fees may be refunded at the discretion of the Board.
